This information also enables us to inform you about our weekly changing menu and any special offers via push notification. You can opt out of the push notification at any time.
We invite you to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to get the weekly changing menu and special offers. This is administered by Mail Chimp and you are able to unsubscribe at any time.
We retain data for a period of maximum 2 years if you have not used our service for that period. Fresh & Yummy protect your data by encrypting relevant hardware and by securely locking files against loss, theft or unauthorized access.
We might use social media data analytics or website analytics for tailored advertising or promotional campaigns. We may also obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They can't harm your computer and we don't store personally identifiable information, but we do use encrypted information gathered from them to help improve your experience of the website and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

The cut-off for lunch, dinner and corporate orders is 19:00 the day before scheduled delivery. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday.
By placing an online order you are offering to make a purchase from us. If accepted by us, this will result in a binding contract. We will send an email to the address provided by you to complete acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions and product pricing are correct at the time of ordering. If we discover an error prior to shipping we will contact you and give you the option to take delivery at the correct prices. If you decline we will refund any amount taken from your credit/debit card at the time of ordering. Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT.
We accept Visa credit/debit cards and MasterCard. Card details are encrypted during online processing to protect your information. The authority of the card holder is required to complete a purchase. We may contact you and your issuing bank in order to validate this authority.
Lunch/platter deliveries are between 12:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday. Dinner/platter deliveries are between 18:00 – 20:00, Monday to Friday. Delivery charges, minimum order fees and delivery zones can be seen on the delivery section of our website www.freshandyummy.ie .
Deliveries will be made to the address stated on the order. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. Evidence of age may be required at the point of delivery. We attempt to complete delivery within the nominated time frame. If there is a significant delay with your delivery we will contact you to advise of a new delivery time and date. Where a delivery is attempted but not possible, the delivery staff will leave notification of attempted delivery and will make contact to re-arrange. An additional delivery charge may apply where a return visit is required for delivery.
We try to ensure that all items listed are available for delivery. On the occasion that we don't have the item you have ordered we will provide you with a refund.
Cancellation of orders must be made by 19:00 the day before the scheduled delivery. Customers who cancel or make amendments after these cut-off times will be charged the original order value. For any cancellation please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, state cancellation and order number that your received via the email confirmation in the subject. Returns We do not accept returns save where the items delivered were incorrect or not of a merchantable quality. Those returned orders will be refunded in full.
